The agent of Palermo striker Paulo Dybala admits Napoli were keen on the Argentine.
Dybala, likened to Sergio Aguero, moved to Sicily in the summer from Instituto de Cordoba.
"There was contact around a year ago," agent Vincenzo D'Ippolito told Radio Kiss Kiss. "Napoli were interested.
"However, there were a lot of clubs circling the player and, in the end, the Napoli directors decided to withdraw."
