The agent of Goran Pandev admits the new Napoli signing needed to make the move from Inter Milan.
Pandev joined Napoli after previously rejecting the idea of a summer move to Genoa.
"Pandev needed this transfer," representative Carlo Pallavicino told Radio CRC on Tuesday afternoon.
"He felt that he was under-used and under-valued at Inter during the last campaign.
"I pushed hard in order for him to move to Napoli because I know boss Walter Mazzarri and the people of Naples.
"Pandev is the sort of forward that Mazzarri likes because he can play across all of the attacking positions.
"I'm convinced that my client will re-emerge at Napoli."
