Super agent Jorge Mendes says Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has nothing to prove to coach Zinedine Zidane.

The Colombian continues to be linked with Manchester United and Chelsea.

Mendes told Sky Italia: "He's a top player. He can play anywhere. He doesn't have to prove anything.

"He's a player who has done well. Now, he has to recover to convince Zidane."
