Italian agent Peppino Tirri feels a shock return to Manchester United could happen for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

Tirri says the offers for Tevez are drying up ahead of the January market.

He explained to Calciomercato.it: "I really think at this point Tevez will be sold during the next market window.

"Where will he end up? I think the hypothesis is not currently viable at Inter: Inter do not need him, they have already forwards like Forlan, Milito, Pazzini, Zarate and Castaignos.

"The same is true when it comes to Real Madrid. More plausible is the road to Juventus, which would certainly be more convenient.

"Do not discard the possibility that he could still stay in England and maybe return to United."
