Manchester City are set to get a clear run at Lazio fullback Aleksandar Kolarov.
The Serbia international had been a target for City and Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid.
However, Italian super agent Enzo Bronzetti, who is close to Real, says the Madrid giants will not be competing with City for the left-sided wing-back.
City can land Kolarov for £20 million.
