Italian agent Giacomo Petralito admits Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko should be running around in a Napoli shirt tonight.
Petralito says Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis was desperate to sign the in-form Bosnia international before he agreed to join City from Wolfsburg.
"In Italy, the first to be interested in Dzeko was De Laurentiis. I called him to discuss an issue and the president asked me about Dzeko for the Azzurri, but the deal could not be done because the player was too expensive," said the agent.
"Today, the players do not look only for the money but also to the quality of life. Naples is a very respectable place."
