The agent of Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano says the Argentina captain is desperate to join Inter Milan.
Walter Tamer admits the presence of Rafa Benitez at Inter has convinced Mascherano that the European champs is the ideal move for him.
He told Corriere dello Sport: "The prestige of playing for Inter is special. For him it is a dream. If it were up to Mascherano the deal would be very easy.
"But he has a contract with Liverpool and so first an agreement between the two clubs must be reached, then I will enter the scene.
"A transfer to Milan will be considered with great serenity."
