The agent of David Trezeguet says the Hercules striker could make a return to Italy in 2011.

While the Inter Milan claims have dried up, agent Antonio Caliendo now says the ex-Juventus striker could join Fiorentina.

He told violanews.com: "I will not deny the rumors, because I could not and it would not be fair because the market is open to all, and so to deny it would be absurd in my opinion.

"I read about Alberto Gilardino to Juventus, do Fiorentina fans believe this? This is the market, in theory if Gila could go to Juve, Trezeguet could also go to Fiorentina.

"David is now focused on safety with Hercules and must feel comfortable - for the future and an eventual return to Italy there will be time."
