The agent of Chievo Verona defender Francesco Acerbi admits he's desperate to join AC Milan.

Milan are expected to swoop for Acerbi in the coming weeks.

"Francesco has had a great season which earned him the attention of many clubs. Everyone talks about Milan, we hope that the deal goes through.

"For him to play in the Rossoneri jersey would be a dream come true," said Andrea Cattoli.
