Catania striker Maxi Lopez is still an option for AC Milan, says his agent.

Milan will go for Lopez if they fail to sign Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.

"We still have to wait for a bit more," Andrea D'Amico told Sky Sport Italia on Monday afternoon. "The player is happy, even if we'll have to see how the Tevez situation evolves.

"Will the move collapse if Carlitos arrives? You'll have to ask Galliani even if he's already responded on that.

"Maxi could certainly be of use with Alexandre Pato's injury and the Champions League ineligibility of Tevez, but it will be Milan who decide.

"We are just at the disposal of the Rossoneri."
