AC Milan face competition from Fiorentina for Genoa defender Mimmo Criscito.
Milan have already confirmed their interest in the Italy international.
"He is a very important player and President Enrico Preziosi will only release him when faced with a very advantageous offer," Andrea D'Amico told Sky Sport Italia.
"Milan and Fiorentina want Criscito. He would obviously appreciate both options."
