The agent of Luca Toni has ruled out the Italian leaving Bayern Munich.
Tullio Tinti said: "I rule this out categorically, Luca chose to go there, after a year in which Bayern Munich were out of the Champions League, they will win the Scudetto this year, the German Cup and are in the UEFA Cup semifinals.
"Among other things, Toni has scored 35 goals, I simply do not believe that Bayern will release him so easily."
