The agent of Internacional striker Leandro Damiao has confirmed a major offer from Tottenham.
Vinicius Prates says Spurs are the only European club to make a concrete bid for the Brazil international.
"Internacional refused an offer from Tottenham of €20 million for Leandro. Few European clubs have the ability to buy him right now," said the agent.
