The agent of Napoli captain Paolo Cannavaro admits he turned down AC Milan.
Cannavaro has been in a contract dispute with the Azzurri.
"There was this offensive from Milan," agent Gaetano Fedele told Ita Sport Press. "They offered Cristian Zaccardo to Napoli in exchange.
"However, Paolo wanted to remain in Azzurri and we hope he can become an integral part of the project."
