Manchester United are chasing Schalke goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, says his agent.

Neuer is being courted by Manchester United as they look to eventually replace Edwin van der Sar, says Bild.

The keeper's agent, Thomas Kroth, said: "We know Manchester United are interested in Neuer. Manuel would also like to play with a team that has a better international level."<> Neuer is said to be valued at £10 million and his transfer would go part way to alleviating Schalke's current cash crisis.
