The agent of St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has revealed talks with Inter Milan. The Gabon star has been linked with Arsenal and Newcastle United.
"There is definitely interest from Inter," assured agent Oscar Damiani Junior to FCInterNews.it.
"Personally, at the start of the season, I had talks with Inter directors Marco Branca and Piero Ausilio. We did not discuss costs or offers as such, but we talked about the characteristics of the player and where he could fit in.
"The Nerazzurri really like Aubameyang. They are looking for a player in his role and I can say the Inter directors confirmed they are impressed by my client.
"Saint-Etienne don't want to talk about the transfer market ahead of the Cup Final with Rennes on April 20, but after that game I think we can begin the negotiation process.
"The price-tag is set by the market place. I think the player will leave at the end of the season, although we have no intention of sparking a bidding war. Of course, if a 10m offer arrives and someone else proposes 15m, then we'll see what happens."
