The agent of Cruzeiro goalkeeper Fabio has confirmed the interest of Fiorentina.

Eduardo Kuperman said: "The Viola scouts have come to see the player for the first time in the Copa Libertadores match against Caracas. They were interested, they did some scouting, but there's nothing official.

"They came twice in total to see Fabio and always have confirmed their interest, but until the issue of a non-EU passport is completed, there will be nothing official."
