Deportivo La Coruna are in talks with Mexico's Monterrey about Chilean striker Chupete Suazo.

Suazo's agent, Fernando Felicevich, told AS: "We have been speaking for days and I know that they are already dealing with Monterrey. The operation will be a transfer and Depor already knows the conditions of the player's contract.

"Independiente also want him, but as soon as Depor appeared, it was his top priority. I hope that the operation is closed. It is a dream to play for Depor."

Depor are also being linked with Fenerbahce striker Mateja Kezman, though the ex-Chelsea player's asking price is likely to prove too rich for the Spanish Liga club.
