The agent of Tenerife striker Ayoze Perez has confirmed the affordable buyout clause in his contract.
Perez's goalscoring exploits this season has attracted interest from Manchester City and Real Madrid, with the Premier League giants regarded as being favourites for the youngster's signature.
Olaf Bonales told Fichajes.net: "He has a contract until 2015 and an escape clause of 2M. We are talking to Tenerife. If they want the player to continue his career in Tenerife they cannot offer only one year.
"They must offer a more important (economically) and longer contract."
