The agent of Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo admits they want permission to speak with interested clubs.Wolfsburg have confirmed their interest, while Kicker says Arsenal and Chelsea are also keen.
"If Bayern allows, Luiz wants to talk to every major and serious club. This also applies to Wolfsburg," said agent Roger Wittmann.
Bayern rate Gustavo in the £15 million class.
