The agent of Mario Balotelli says the AC Milan striker played the derby carrying a fever.

Balotelli missed several chances during the 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.

But Mino Raiola revealed: : "It was an important game but experienced like any other. He had a fever but behaved well, especially in the first half, he missed the goal but it was fine. He was very quiet, serene.

"Due to the fever he was missing maybe 2% to be cool in certain situations and Samir Handanovic in the first half pulled off 2-3 miracles.

"What rating would I give? If he did score it was a 10, but for how he played, for the serenity and concentration that he had, for me it was 9."
