The agent of Wolfsburg winger Kevin de Bruyne has cooled talk of a return to England.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City have been dealt a major blow after the agent of former Chelsea midfielder De Bruyne ruled out a Premier League return for his client.
Patrick Koster said: "De Bruyne is feeling very good. After a difficult period at Chelsea he is finally playing continuously.
"He does not want to move. He's only concentrating on [getting Wolfsburg] to the Champions League."
