The agent of Alberto Gilardino is delighted with the return of scoring form for the Fiorentina striker.

Francesco Romano said: "Do not say that we are seeing the return of Gilardino: Alberto has never gone away. Despite his young career, he's scored around 100 goals in the premier league and frankly I do not know how many attackers at his age have scored so many.

"The feeling with (coach) Cesare Prandelli is very important. They've known eachother for a long time."
