PSG fullback Serge Aurier is stalling on a move to Tottenham in the hope of joining Manchester United this week.
SFR Sport says Spurs are believed to have agreed a fee with the Ligue 1 side in the region of £23million for the 24-year-old right-back.
However, Aurier would rather sign for United, while his club are keen to offload him to the North London outfit.
PSG need to offload players to reduce their wage bill as Neymar is raking in a modest £500,000-a-week.
The report also claims that Pini Zahavi – the agent largely responsible for PSG's transfer dealings this summer – is good friends with Daniel Levy.
But United midfielder Paul Pogba is pushing for the club to bring the ex-Toulouse ace to Old Trafford.
