Agent Claudio Pasqualin can't see how Clarence Seedorf could be successful as AC Milan coach.

Currently playing for Botafogo in Brazil, Seedorf has been linked with Massimiliano Allegri's job at Milan.

"Seedorf is a person of great quality and has been a player of great moral character. Yet, these features are not enough to coach a team like Milan, they need a little experience," Pasqualin told TuttoMercatoWeb.com.

"The lack of experience is an important quality lacking to lead a team like Milan. Otherwise why not Ganz, Gattuso, Inzaghi Costacurta or anyone who has no experience as coaches?

"But the Milan boss is Silvio Berlusconi and he decides ... "
