Manchester City are ready to bring Ronaldinho to England at the second attempt. The Daily Express says City are thought to be preparing an offer for the AC Milan star.

His brother and agent said: "Ronaldinho to Manchester City? He has a contract with Milan, he is fine at Milan. These are questions to ask the club".

The play-maker has one year left on his contract at the San Siro and is said to be in Milan.

But with money no longer an issue at City, AC Milan could be tempted to cash in on the midfielder, who was excluded from the Brazilian World Cup squad.

Ronaldinho said: "I still have a year on my contract with Milan, but I don't know what will happen in future."
