The agent of Arda Turan has offered the Barcelona midfielder to Everton.
Galatasaray have expressed interest in the former Turkey international, who has been encouraged to find a new club this month by Barca.
However, Catalan media sources say Ahmet Bulut, Turan's agent, isn't satisfied and believes he can still place the midfielder at a higher profile league.
Bulut has offered Turan to Everton football chief Steve Walsh and AC Milan director Massimiliano Mirabelli.
At Everton, manager Sam Allardyce has complained about a lack of cutting edge amongst his attacking options in recent games.
Interestingly, Turan knows Merseyside well, having been a regular visitor to Anfield as a youngster.
