Emanuele Giaccherini would love to make a summer move to Chelsea, according to his agent.
The 31-year-old midfielder, who spent last season on loan with Bologna, could be available for a cut-price as Sunderland get set to sell him this off-season.
Giaccherini was linked with a shock move to Stamford Bridge prior to Euro2016 and now according to his representative, Furio Valcareggi, a possible shift to West London to link up with his current Italy and former Juventus boss Antonio Conte would be welcomed.
"Giaccherini is a player who played 80 per cent of the games for a Juventus that had Pogba, Pirlo, Vidal and Marchisio in midfield," Valcareggi told Sport Italia.
"Conte likes him a lot and Chelsea would be a dream. It's still too early to talk about his future.
"After the Euros, whoever wants to buy him will not have to pay a high price to Sunderland."
