The agent of Marseille's Andre-Pierre Gignac believes his client would be a great fit for one of two Premier League clubs.
The 28-year old French striker is again alerting clubs around Europe after opening the Ligue 1 season with eight goals in eight games with his representative suggesting a possible move to England is on the agenda.
"Given the fact that he is not very old, he has a real market value," agent Christopher Hutteau told L'Equipe.
"This is a striker with a relatively atypical profile, responsive to the physical challenge, the archetypal player who can succeed at a big club.
"He can play in England, Arsenal or Liverpool, no problem. For me, it is between 12million (£9.5m) and 15million (£11m)."
Arsenal are still believed to be scouting a new striker to add depth to their current strikeforce of Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez while Liverpool are in need of a quality goalscorer after losing Luis Suarez to Barcelona in the summer.
