The agent of Manchester United fullback Fabio da Silva says Sir Alex Ferguson is driving his move to Benfica.
The young Brazilian is expected to join Benfica on-loan as part of a deal which will take Nicolas Gaitan to Old Trafford.
Agent Cassiano Pereira, who has taken care of Fabio and twin brother Rafael since they were 13 years old, said: "Ferguson suggested Benfica, he likes of Benfica. It is a great team, and in Portugal, is equivalent to Manchester United."
