The agent of Manchester City striker Emile Mpenza says he's close to joining Ipswich.
"The summit in the Second Division is better than the bottom of The Premier League," Rachid Tajmout told Het Nieuwsblad.
"Emile also thinks so. Ipswich only missed the play-offs for promotion to The Premier League by one point last season."
