The agent of Southampton striker Manolo Gabbiadini has opened the door to a return to Serie A.

Gabbiadini is being linked with Lazio ahead of the summer market.

"Right now he's focused on staying up with Southampton," Silvio Pagliari assured, speaking to RMC Sport.

“He doesn't have his head elsewhere. In a month the league will end and after that we'll see.

“With [sporting director Igli] Tare and Lazio it's an old story dating back to four or five years ago before Gabbiadini moved to Sampdoria."
