Agent: Kalinic only wanted Fiorentina move because...

Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic is happy playing for coach Paulo Sousa.

Kalinic struck a hat-trick in victory over Inter Milan on the weekend.

“As soon as the Viola Coach [Paulo Sousa] called us, there was no doubt from our side," Tomislav Erceg revealed, speaking to Calciomercato.

“We strongly wanted Fiorentina, and to play in the Italian League. There were a lot of other teams after him, but the first choice was always Fiorentina."

Erceg then went on to discuss last night's match, and believes it was the best game of Kalinic's career.

“It was definitely the most beautiful evening of his career, a hat-trick at San Siro and three points. That made yesterday a magical evening.

“He followed the instructions of Paulo Sousa, who had asked for three points from his team, although of course he always plays to win.

“Now he has to think about the next game and hope the Viola can keep doing well."
