Frederic Guerra told DiarioSport that he has spoken with both Juventus sports chief Alessio Secco and Inter Milan chief Marco Branca about Diarra's situation.

"I had meetings with Marco Branca and Alessio Secco and I know first hand that they are really interested in the operation," said Guerra. "In January they did not have enough in their budget to address the recruitment, but we are working hard to make the transfer materialize in June."

Diarra, 28, has struggled to fit into Real coach Bernd Schuster's playing system this season, where he has been criticised for the ease with which he loses possession.
