The agent of Branislav Ivanovic expects the defender to stay with Chelsea.
The Serbia international has been linked with a move to Serie A.
But Vlado Borozan told TMW: "Ivanovic is a player who earns €4 million net, so he's unlikely to arrive in Italy except at a top club. Inter Milan were interested in him, but now he's renewed with Chelsea."
