The agent of Everton defender Johnny Heitinga says he'd welcome a move to Italy.

Heitinga is expected to be allowed to leave Everton next month.

"There is a good chance that Everton will sell in January, we are evaluating several options," said agent Rob Jansen in conversation with Calcio Mercato.

"Johnny wants to play in Italy, but until this moment there is no official contact with Fiorentina and Napoli."
