The agent of Hernanes has invited Manchester City to bid for the Lazio star. Joseph Lee admits City are interested in the Brazilian.
"We discussed many things with President Claudio Lotito in September, including his contract, but the situation has remained unchanged since then. There are no other meetings planned," said Lee.
"What would happen if an offer came in from Manchester City? I repeat, for now we are talking about rumours, but if it did arrive then Lotito would be forced to call us..."
