The agent of Arsenal star Andrey Arshavin has encouraged Barcelona to bid for the Russia international.

Arshavin admitted last week that he dreams of playing for the Treble champs and with Franck Ribery indicating he's ready to stay with Bayern Munich, Barca are being linked with the Gunners ace.

His agent, Dennis Lachter, told Com Radio: "Above all, Barcelona must make a formal offer, then if they do , we will sit down and talk."
