Juventus gave new Inter Milan signing Antonio Cassano a swerve as he considered his options at AC Milan. Cassano made the controversial switch to Inter this week.

"Juventus didn't think about Cassano," Giuseppe Bozzo told Sky Sport Italia. "I think that his character is not one that would adapt to a Coach like Antonio Conte."

The player's decision to leave the Rossoneri did come as a shock considering that he only joined Milan 18 months ago.

"It will be up to Cassano to explain why he wanted a move," Bozzo continued. "If something needs to be said then he'll say it.

"I just need to deal with situations that can become dangerous and I made a move when the player explicitly requested a transfer away from Milan."
