Galatasaray have rejected a bid from Inter Milan for Felipe Melo.

Melo's agent confirmed the proposal yesterday.

“I handed Inter's proposal to the Galatasaray director of sport, but the club decided to turn down the offer," agent Jose Rodriguez told Radyospor.

“Melo will stay at Galatasaray. It is wrong to say that he will leave Turkey, as he'll continue his adventure here.

“Will there be a contract renewal? At the moment that does not seem to be in the pipeline."
