Agent insists Juventus never an option for Man City signing Pizarro

The agent of David Pizarro insists a move to Juventus was never on for the Manchester City signing.

The Chilean left AS Roma for Manchester City last month after initial links with La Signora.

“Juventus boss Antonio Conte was looking for a different type of midfielder,” said Beppe Bozzo.

“Then false rumours about Pizarro’s physical condition started to circulate, but everything was fine in the end as he went to City.”
