Andrea Dossena wants to stay with Sunderland.
The fullback is currently suspended after being sent off last week.
The Italian's agent, Roberto La Florio, told tuttomercatoweb.com: "He is very happy with the environment and the club. The boy wants to play and he is doing well with Sunderland. The choice was right because he wanted to play and at Napoli he had little space."
