The agent of AZ Alkmaar striker Moussa Dembele says the Belgian wants a move to Genoa.

"It's a stalled deal. We hope to start it up again because the player wants to go to Genoa, hopefully next week," Gabriele Savino told calciomercato.com.

"The economic proposal is interesting. There is the desire to go to Genoa because the player has already decided.

"We hope Genoa President Enrico Preziosi gives us a hand to unblock this situation. The player wants an experience in Italy and in an important place like Genoa.

"The Dutch club has to understand that the player wants to leave. We need to find an agreement between what AZ want for the player and what Genoa offer."
