The agent of Stephan El Shaarawy says its important the youngster keeps his feet on the ground.

El Shaarawy struck in AC Milan's win at Champions League opponents Zenit St Petersburg last night.

Roberto La Florio told TMW: "It's important in a moment so beautiful for him, to keep his feet on the ground. Never forget that we are talking about a guy who still is 20 years of age.

"In this process it is important for him to play in a big team like Milan to train with champions of the calibre of the many stars that are part of Allegri's team."
