The agent of PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic admits he wanted to join Real Madrid. Mino Raiola says Ibra wanted to join Real as "revenge" for his time with Barcelona.

"Real Madrid is a political club and not a normal club. I don't understand the way they do things. It would have been the perfect club for him because he's a great player, he's passionate and because he can do something amazing at any moment. I don't know if it was my fault," he told Marca.

"I don't think he regrets anything. Zlatan wanted to play for Real when he left Barça. It would have been the ideal move. The perfect revenge against Guardiola.

"Ancelotti wanted him and I went to a meeting in Madrid, but José Ángel Sánchez called [PSG president Nasser] Al Khelaifi and cancelled it."
