The agent of Porto midfielder Fernando expects him to move to England.Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester City are all being linked with Fernando, who penned new terms last week.

Fernando's agent, Antonio Araujo, has not been put off by his client's deadline day near miss to City.

Araujo said: "God willing, Fernando will play in the Premier League.

"Manchester City were a strong candidate, but were not alone in the race."
