Italian agent Oscar Damiani says Inter Milan now have their transfer market work running perfectly. During the January window, Inter welcomed Goran Pandev from Lazio and former Parma midfielder McDonald Mariga, while Damiani says the deal for Wesley Sneijder has been the signing of the season.
