The Italian agent of Tottenham winger Giovani dos Santos admits a January move to Serie A could be on.
Ludovico Spinosi represents Giovani's interest in Italy and has proposed a potential move to Napoli for the Mexican.
He said: "The boy is not playing, but the phone calls have not yet arrived because his father, who is the person who actually relies on us for the Italian market, should be back around November 20 from Mexico, and hopefully then we can open some glimmer of hope for Italy.
"Of course, since he's a good player, he may be of interest to major teams such as Napoli, but I have not talked to (sports director Riccardo) Bigon."
