The agent of Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku believes a move to England would suit the youngster.
Chelsea and Manchester City failed with January bids for the Belgium international, but agent Christophe Henrotay expects the 17 year-old to be on the move this summer.
Barcelona and Real Madrid, where coach Jose Mourinho is a big admirer, have also been linked with Lukaku.
But Henrotay told La Derniere Heure: "The English league is the best suited to his style of play."
