The agent of Maxwell denies the Barcelona fullback is moving to AC Milan.
Mino Raiola is close to the Rossoneri and helped them secure Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho last summer.
"There is nothing to clear up regarding the future of Maxwell," Raiola said.
"He plays for Barcelona, he is happy in Barcelona and he will remain at Barcelona."
